When communicating about the company through social media (online blogs, website posts, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), employees must clearly identify any messages, sites, or groups related to In-Depth as personal and not official In-Depth communications by adding the following disclaimer to any post: “The postings on this site are my own and do not necessarily reflect the views, strategies, or opinions of In-Depth Engineering.”

Employees shall not post company trade secrets, confidential, or attorney client privileged information.
