Quality Assurance

Quality assurance (QA) refers to the planned and systematic activities implemented in a quality system so that quality requirements for a product or service are fulfilled.

QA involves the systematic measurement, comparison with a standard, monitoring of processes, and an associated feedback loop that ensures that our products are “fit for purpose” (the product is suitable for the contracted purpose); and “right the first time” (mistakes are eliminated). QA includes management of the quality of all phases of system and software design and development of products and components, services related to production, and management, production, and inspection processes. In-Depth’s quality program depends on our attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
